Corn Bread Dressing

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

6 oz. corn bread stuffing cubes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can (8.25 oz.) creamy style corn
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

Directions:

In a large bow, combine the stuffing, onion, celery, corn and water. Spoon into greased 8-inch square baking dish.

Combine the butter and mustard; drizzle over stuffing.

Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
