Ingredients

Canned peaches, pears, pineapple, apricots and cherries
butter
brown sugar
curry powder
Hiram Walker Blackberry Brandy

Directions:

Drain canned peaches, pears, pineapples, apricots and cherries. Layer in a Pyrex dish-first fruit, then dot with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and curry powder, drizzle with Hiram Walker Blackberry Brandy. Make at least 3 layers. Bake 1 hour at 325 F.
