Bean And Rice Burritos

Ingredients

(14 ounce) tomatoes, drained and diced

jalapeno peppers, chopped

rice, cooked

(7-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
|

(4 ounces) shredded cheese

freshly chopped cilantro

sour cream

|
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine the beans, tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, garlic powder and cumin; heat through.
Stir in rice. Spoon about 1/3 cup of rice mixture on center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and cilantro. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Drizzle with sour cream.
